If I see one more customer cockatoo complaining about retail service I’m gonna flip.
I totally understand that not all robins are good robins, but there are many, many of us who work hard and do a good job, yet still get treated like complete shit. So I’m sorry, customer, that your experience was bad. But just because some robins suck doesn’t mean you should treat the rest of us like dirt.
